And while it’s easy to assume all squat racks are the same, in reality, they are as unique as the variety of different exercises being done on them. Here’s your complete guide to making sure your squat rack is compatible with the Rack Mount.
Our standard Rack Mount works well on squat racks that have uprights measuring either 3 in x 3 in, 3 in x 2 in, 3 in x 4in. Most squat racks typically have uprights with one of these three measurements. However, if you want to double-check all you have to do is measure the length and width of the upright. Check out the picture below as a quick guide.
But What If my Squat Rack isn’t Compatible with Standard Strapping?
If your squat rack is larger or smaller than those dimensions, there’s nothing to worry about. We offer custom strapping with the Rack Mount. You can request custom strapping by emailing us at hello@ANCOREtraining.com along with the name and dimensions of your squat rack. Once received, a team member will help to personally get you set up and find the strapping that’s a fit for your squat rack.
