Click here to see IZ take you through it. You don't need a lot of resistance for these exercises. We'll focus on rotational strength in this workout. Good form is key!
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Take a 10 second break between each. Complete the circuit two times through.
- Single-Arm Cable Rotation (each side)
- Two-Arm Cable Rotation
- Cable Twist with Lunge
- Transverse Single-Arm Row (each side)
- Reverse Cable Chop (each side)
