1 New Workout to Complete: Mike's Lean and Mean Workout Routine

Mike’s workout is broken up into two parts. Here’s what to expect with each part.

Part 1: Warm-Up Run

  1. 2-mile run

Part 2: The Workout - Perform 3 rounds of the following exercises with a 1 minute break in between each round. 

  1. Single-Arm Cable Row and Squat - 12 reps
  2. Burpees - 10 reps
  3. Bicep Curls - 12 reps
  4. Bear Crawls - 20 reps
  5. Plank - One minute
