  1. Man Maker - 5 reps
  2. Standing Double Cable Row - 15 reps
  3. Devil's Press - 5 reps
  4. Hindu Squat with Cable Row - 15 reps

1 Idea about Strength

Anne Frank, one of the most known victims of the Holocaust wrote in her diary, entitled The Diary of a Young Girl, about strength:
