I recently had hip labrum repair so going to gym and moving heavy dumbells isn't an option. So I decided try the Ancore. It's easy for me to move around so I don't go against current movement restrictions. I get a great upper body workout with the resistance ancore provides. My only regret is not purchasing one sooner. I already plan to buy a second and will be taking both on work trips and vacations.

So far, so good! Great for rotational work in the basement & some pre-hab/rehab work with the lighter resistance. My 2 year old even enjoys the lower level without resistance to join in on the fun! Having the Sorinex off-grid rack, getting the 3 mounts (upper/mid/lower) was an ideal setup as well.
