Mounting requirements
The Strap Mount is compatible with fixtures that have a circumference between 10 and 14 inches.
We can customize the length of the ANCORE Strap Mount for you: Please reach out at Hello@ANCOREtraining.com with the subject line “Custom Length - Strap Mount,” and we’ll be happy to get you set up.
The Rack Mount is compatible with squat racks that have:
-Uprights between 2 and 4 inches thick (depth)
AND
-Hole spacing of 1, 2, 3, or 4 inches apart (center to center)
AND
-Holes between 5/8 and 1 inch in diameter
The Sliding Mount is designed to be secured to a wood stud.
