      All in one cable system

      No need for bulky cable systems with this in play. I use it in a studio space and bring it to a globo gym to attach to the rigs. Works amazing in both places and saves a TON of space.

      New equipment

      Just started using it but love it already. Once I found some perfect spots inside and out on my deck I've used it everyday. With every movement in any direction I can feel it working every muscle. I had many different workout tools but just felt like I was wasting valuable time. In talking to Kira who advised me to try the Ancore, I am SO happy I did !!!

      Even better than the original

      I bought the dual Ancore Pro after owning the original Ancore for a couple years. While the original was great, the pro is a big upgrade. Movement feels much smoother. The dual setup allows expands the exercise options even more. Grab the 2.5 lb plates to gradually progress your isolation exercises

    Mounting requirements

    The Strap Mount is compatible with fixtures that have a circumference between 10 and 14 inches.

    We can customize the length of the ANCORE Strap Mount for you: Please reach out at Hello@ANCOREtraining.com with the subject line “Custom Length - Strap Mount,” and we’ll be happy to get you set up.

    The Rack Mount is compatible with squat racks that have:

    -Uprights between 2 and 4 inches thick (depth)

    AND

    -Hole spacing of 1, 2, 3, or 4 inches apart (center to center)

    AND

    -Holes between 5/8 and 1 inch in diameter

    The Sliding Mount is designed to be secured to a wood stud.
