I've been practicing physical therapy for over 15 years and see some clients privately at my house. I was eyeing this bad boy up for a while to add to my home gym and finally went for it! It's amazing. I still had a YMCA membership because I do really like the cable crossover and I literally canceled it the day after I bought this. This machine is amazing. Super easy to use. Very smooth. My clients love it. Highly recommend! If you're a 1099...tax dedication!!!

Because our mounting location was on dry wall between two joists we had to add a 2x4 to reinforce the sliding wall mount. Once we did that it is 100% solid and works perfectly.

The sliding wall mount adds the adjustability and utility of a full size cable machine in a small home gym space. Love how easy it is to switch up exercises and angles using the sliding track.
