Solid, Easy to use.
Well designed, very functional wall mounts. I have them mounted high, mid level and low. This allows me to do just about any exercise I can think of. Very solid, they are mounted to a 2x6 framed wall and never budge. Easy to install.

Ancore system
The entire Ancore product line has exceeded our expectations. I purchased a unit with the sliding tract mount initially. The Ancore cable trainer is so versatile that I purchased additional wall mounts to add more flexibility. The wall mounts arrived quickly with all required hardware including the driver bit. The screws are long enough that the unit mounts securely without any concern. We are looking to purchase additional units as the entire system fits in a small case instead of having a dedicated, stationary cable trainer.
