3 rounds of the following exercises:
- Internal Rotation - 12 each arm
- External Rotation - 12 each arm
- Lateral Shoulder Raises - 12 each arm
- Front Shoulder Raises - 6 each arm
- Palm-up Front Shoulder Raises - 6 each arm
- Cable Y Raises - 6 each arm
- Reverse Flies - 12 each arm
