1 New Workout to Complete: ANCORE Speed and Strength Workout

Click here to see IZ take you through it. You don't need a lot of resistance for these exercises. We'll focus on rotational strength in this workout. Good form is key!

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Take a 10 second break between each. Complete the circuit two times through.

  1. Single-Arm Cable Rotation (each side)
  2. Two-Arm Cable Rotation
  3. Cable Twist with Lunge
  4. Transverse Single-Arm Row (each side)
  5. Reverse Cable Chop (each side)
