Kodo Gi Grips are the link between the hard training you do in the gym and your performance on the mat. Designed to fortify the grip strength of BJJ, Judo, and Grip Strength Athletes; they work equally as well for anyone wanting to challenge their grip and create variation in their exercise routine. The Kodo Gi Grips grips are designed to handle serious weight. They are intended to be attached to functional trainers like the ANCORE Pro or ANCOREX.

Each sleeve of the XL grip measures 19" in length, 7" in width, and includes our custom laser engraved carabiner. XL grips have 6" of additional material compared to the original Gi Grip and give more range of motion for isolation exercises like tricep extensions and face pulls. Both models are extremely versatile and capable of performing all of the same exercises. If you are planning to use the grips as pairs, we recommend the original model as they are a great value and there is less material to get in the way of some movements.

  • Easily Machine Washable. Just slip off the carabiner and wash it along with your Gi in cold water.
  • Utilizes high quality, heavy-weight Gi material which will hold up to intense grip training.
  • Includes custom laser engraved aluminum carabiner designed with no sharp edges. Hardware store carabiners have sharp edges that pinch or cut your fingers. Ours won't shred the Gi Grip material, your hands, or exercise bands.  
  • Logo embroidered inner sleeve reinforcement for added strength. 
  • Just like the original Gi Grip, the XL Gi Grip features 3 layers of material reinforcing the carabiner holes for durability.
  • Light-weight and portable. Tired of using the grimy tricep rope at your gym? Throw your Gi Grip in your gym bag.
