Shipping policy

ANCORE Shipping Policy

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through ANCOREtraining.com and is issued by Anchor Health and Fitness, Inc. d/b/a ANCORE. It should be read with the Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Limited Warranty, and any product-specific or transaction-specific terms expressly accepted by ANCORE in writing.

2. Processing and Fulfillment

Processing or fulfillment time is the time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days on which ANCORE or the applicable fulfillment partner is closed.

  • Unless a product page states otherwise, ANCORE, ANCORE Pro, and ANCOREX orders are generally fulfilled within 5-7 business days.

  • Domestic orders for these products are generally shipped by UPS, although another carrier may be used when appropriate.

  • Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Availability and estimates may change. ANCORE will contact the customer if an order is expected to be materially delayed.

3. Partner-Fulfilled Products

Certain products are fulfilled directly by a brand or fulfillment partner and may arrive separately. Current estimates include:

Partner

General Fulfillment Estimate

WhatsThatStrap

4-7 business days

Darko Lifting

1-3 weeks

Iron Neck

3-5 business days

Kodo Gi Grips

3-5 business days

The applicable product page and checkout information control if they provide a different estimate. Customers should contact ANCORE first about partner products purchased on ANCOREtraining.com.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available services and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly identified as a guaranteed service. Weather, service interruptions, labor disruptions, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside ANCORE's reasonable control may cause delay.

ANCORE is not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside its reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.

5. Tracking

When available, tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order. A shipping label may be created before the carrier takes possession, and tracking may require time to update.

6. Addresses and Order Changes

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. ANCORE cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins or the carrier receives the shipment. To the extent permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for carrier-intercept, return, storage, redelivery, or similar charges caused by an incorrect address, late change, unsuccessful attempt, refusal, failure to retrieve, or failure to provide required carrier or customs information.

7. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

A package shown as delivered but not received must be reported to ANCORE within 48 hours after the delivery notification. Before contacting ANCORE, the customer should confirm the address, check entrances and delivery areas, ask household or building personnel, and contact the carrier.

ANCORE may require a carrier claim, police report, written declaration, or other reasonable documentation. Reporting does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement. ANCORE will evaluate tracking, delivery confirmation, the carrier investigation, and the circumstances. Any replacement shipment will require a signature.

8. Damaged, Missing, Short, or Incorrect Shipments

Shipping damage, missing items, shortages, and incorrect items must be reported to hello@ancoretraining.com within 10 days after delivery. Include the order number, issue description, product and packaging photographs, shipping-label photograph, serial number where applicable, and other reasonably requested information.

Keep the product and packaging until ANCORE or the fulfillment partner confirms they are no longer required. This deadline does not replace warranty coverage for a later-discovered product defect and does not limit mandatory rights.

9. Risk of Loss

For a direct consumer shipment, risk of loss passes when the shipment is delivered to the customer's designated address, subject to applicable law.

For a commercial, distributor, reseller, bulk, or freight shipment, risk of loss passes when ANCORE transfers the shipment to the carrier unless the applicable quote, order confirmation, Incoterm, or written agreement states otherwise.

For local pickup, risk passes when the customer or an authorized representative takes possession. If a customer independently directs delivery to a freight forwarder or reshipping service, delivery to that provider counts as delivery to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

10. Signature Requirements

ANCORE may require a signature for high-value orders, replacement shipments, or locations with a history of delivery issues. All replacements for packages reported delivered but not received require a signature. The customer is responsible for arranging acceptance.

11. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders at ANCORE's Salem, Massachusetts headquarters. Select pickup at checkout when available and wait for confirmation that the order is ready and a pickup time is arranged. The person collecting may be required to show the order confirmation and government-issued identification.

12. International Shipping

ANCORE offers international shipping through DHL or another available carrier for eligible products and destinations. Availability varies by product, destination, local restriction, and carrier service. Customs processing and import clearance are outside ANCORE's control and are not included in delivery estimates.

The customer must confirm that the product may lawfully be imported and used in the destination country.

13. Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and Fees

Unless checkout or a written agreement states otherwise, ANCORE's price does not include duties, tariffs, import tax, VAT, GST, brokerage, customs-clearance fees, carrier advancement fees, storage, or other government, carrier, broker, or third-party charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

14. Refused, Abandoned, and Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be refused, abandoned, or undeliverable when the recipient declines charges, fails to provide customs information, fails to respond, provides an incorrect address, fails to retrieve or accept the shipment, refuses delivery, or requests return after dispatch.

If merchandise returns to ANCORE, any refund may be reduced by ANCORE's actual original shipping, return transportation, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, carrier, recovery, and processing costs and by any reduction in value caused by damage, missing components, or excessive handling. No consumer restocking fee applies if the merchandise returns complete and like-new.

If merchandise is abandoned, destroyed, seized, or disposed of and is not returned, a refund may be unavailable. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and warranty rights remain unaffected.

15. PO Boxes and Military Addresses

Eligible orders may ship to PO Boxes through USPS and to APO or FPO addresses. Oversized, heavy, or partner-fulfilled products may be ineligible. ANCORE may request a physical address, and military delivery times may be longer.

16. Bulk and Freight Shipments

Contact hello@ancoretraining.com before placing a bulk order that may require freight. Freight delivery may require an appointment, dock, forklift, liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access service, or additional charges. The customer must accurately describe the delivery location and identify special requirements before booking.

Customers should inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt and note visible damage, shortage, or irregularity on the carrier's documentation.

17. Freight Forwarders and Reshipping Services

ANCORE does not arrange delivery through independent freight forwarders, package consolidators, or reshipping services. A customer who independently uses one is responsible for selecting and managing it. To the extent permitted by law, ANCORE is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, alteration, repackaging, customs issues, charges, or non-delivery occurring after confirmed delivery to that provider.

18. Relationship to Other Policies

The Return & Refund Policy governs refund eligibility; the Limited Warranty governs covered defects; the Commercial & Distributor Warranty Addendum governs covered commercial warranty matters; and transaction-specific terms expressly accepted by ANCORE control where applicable. Mandatory law controls in the event of conflict.
