Get to know the ANCOREX

No plates to swap, lose, or manage. Just turn the dial to select your resistance from 5-80 lbs and start training. Perfect for circuit training, open gyms, drop sets, or facilities with back-to-back users who need different weights fast.

Our patented pneumatic resistance system is engineered for the toughest training environments while still remaining buttery smooth. You get consistent, reliable performance day after day, rep after rep.

Purpose-built to withstand heavy daily usage without degradation. While other equipment breaks down under heavy use, the ANCOREX keeps performing at the same level it did on day one.

The ANCOREX delivers true 1:1 resistance with no hidden mechanical advantage, meaning our 80 lbs is comparable to 160 lbs on most traditional machines. All the resistance you need in a compact, zero-space footprint.

The ANCOREX uses simulated resistance measured in a 1:1 ratio with an approximate range of 5 lbs to 80 lbs.
Simply turn the dial on the bottom of the unit to select your desired resistance from 5-80 lbs in 5 lb increments. The internal air spring mechanism adjusts instantly—no plates to swap, no downtime between sets. Perfect for circuit training, group sessions, or facilities with back-to-back users.
No. Air spring technology uses a pneumatic (air-powered) resistance system that's completely internal—there are no external plates to manage, lose, or maintain.
No. The ANCOREX uses a dedicated mounting system (Gliding Mount, QD Mount, or Stationary Mount) that's different from ANCORE/ANCORE Pro mounts.
Absolutely. The ANCOREX was specifically engineered for commercial facilities and high-volume training environments. The air spring technology is built to withstand heavy daily usage and still deliver a high-quality experience. This is professional-grade equipment designed for facilities where downtime isn't an option.
The ANCOREX includes a 5-year warranty on chassis and frame parts, plus a 2-year warranty on drive train and moving parts. If you ever need to replace your cable after extended use, we offer a cable replacement kit for purchase. You can replace the cable easily in the field and does not require sending back the unit.
Traditional cable machines are designed at 2:1 or 4:1 ratios using pulleys or levers to achieve a mechanical advantage. For example, using a 2:1 pulley cable machine, the 160 lbs plate is approximately equivalent to 80 lbs of force required. The ANCOREX uses resistance measured in a 1:1 ratio, so the resistance on the dial is equal to what you'd experience during a workout.
Smooth and consistent throughout the entire movement. The air spring technology delivers constant tension from start to finish. No jerky pulleys or inconsistent resistance like traditional cable machines. It feels controlled and responsive, similar to high-end pneumatic training equipment used in professional facilities.
ANCORE and ANCORE Pro do not require installation with the Rack Mount and Strap Mount options.
Only the Wall Mount and the Sliding Track Mount require installation. ANCORE provides all the hardware and detailed instructions to ensure a seamless installation. We recommend a space where the Sliding Track Mount and Wall Mount can be installed securely to a wall stud.
No. The resistance mechanism is purely mechanical. It does not require a battery, charging, or a plug in.
