With 8 adjustment points on each side, you can attach your favorite D-handles exactly where you want them. Flip it over and run your single-attachment accessories for landmine training, or add the optional D-Grips to mimic the feel of a standard lat pulldown bar. The D-Grips install or remove in seconds and are made from flexible TPU for lasting comfort.
