Anchor Health and Fitness, Inc. d/b/a ANCORE ("ANCORE," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase products, create an account, communicate with us, participate in marketing, submit a review, request support, or otherwise interact with ANCORE.
1. Scope and Controller
This policy applies to ANCORE's website, online store, customer communications, marketing, warranty and product support, and other services that link to it. Anchor Health and Fitness, Inc. d/b/a ANCORE, located at 96 Swampscott Road, Suite 7, Salem, Massachusetts 01970, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Third-party services may provide their own privacy notices.

4. Online Store and Key Providers
Shopify hosts ANCORE's online store and supports checkout, payments, customer accounts, fraud analysis, order management, and related commerce functions. Key providers may also include Klaviyo for email marketing, Postscript for SMS marketing, Enzuzo for consent and privacy-request tools, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising.
ANCORE also uses providers by category, including payment processors, CRM and customer-support systems, review platforms, shipping and fulfillment services, cloud storage, information security, accounting, legal, analytics, advertising, and other business services. Providers may change as ANCORE's operations evolve.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
ANCORE and its providers use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies for website operation, functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, retargeting, audience creation, and marketing. These technologies may process device, browsing, product, cart, checkout, purchase, and interaction information.
A cookie banner and privacy tools provide notice and choices where required. Disabling technologies may affect website functionality. Where consent is required, ANCORE seeks to activate nonessential technologies consistently with the user's choices.
6. Email and SMS Marketing
Marketing emails may be sent where permitted. Recipients can unsubscribe through the email link or by contacting hello@ancoretraining.com. Transactional and service messages may continue.
SMS marketing is sent only after the required opt-in. Consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help where supported.
7. Targeted Advertising and Customer Lists
ANCORE may use pixels, customer-list uploads, purchase or browsing segments, retargeting, conversion measurement, and custom or similar audiences. Depending on location, these activities may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even though ANCORE does not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
ANCORE may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors; advertising and analytics partners; distributors, studios, gyms, commercial customers, or business partners where needed for product and warranty support; professional advisors; legal and regulatory recipients; and parties involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
ANCORE seeks to disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, ANCORE recognizes and processes supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the applicable browser or device.
11. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on residence and applicable law, a person may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; appeal a decision; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
Submit a request to hello@ancoretraining.com. ANCORE may verify identity and authority before processing. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authorization. ANCORE will respond within the period required by law.
12. California Privacy Notice
In the preceding 12 months, ANCORE may have collected identifiers; commercial information; internet or electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; professional or business contact information; and inferences. Sources and uses are described above.
ANCORE may disclose these categories to the recipient categories described in Section 8. Advertising, analytics, list upload, retargeting, and audience activities may constitute sale or sharing under California law. Categories involved may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences.
ANCORE does not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. California residents may exercise applicable rights through the privacy-choice mechanism or by contacting ANCORE.
13. International Visitors
ANCORE is based in the United States. Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where ANCORE or its providers operate. Privacy laws may differ. Where required, ANCORE uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
People in the EEA, United Kingdom, Canada, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a data-protection authority, subject to applicable law.
14. Retention
ANCORE retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, accounts, customer and warranty support, product and service history, tax and accounting, legal compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and marketing consent or suppression records. When information is no longer required, ANCORE will delete, de-identify, or retain it only as permitted by law.
15. Security
ANCORE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method is completely secure. ANCORE will provide legally required breach notices to affected individuals, regulators, or other parties.
16. Children's Privacy
ANCORE's website and products are not directed to children, and ANCORE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If ANCORE learns that it has done so, it will take legally required steps to delete the information. ANCORE does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without the authorization required by law.
17. Third-Party Links
This policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services with their own privacy practices. Review the privacy terms of third-party services you use.
18. Policy Changes
ANCORE may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. ANCORE will post the revised policy and update its effective date. Where required, ANCORE will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
19. Relationship to Other Policies
This Privacy Policy controls ANCORE's handling of personal information. Other ANCORE policies may describe information collected for orders, shipping, returns, warranties, or support but do not override privacy rights or obligations. A legally applicable data-processing agreement may provide additional terms for a specific business relationship.
