Does ANCORE require installation? How do you mount it?
ANCORE offers 3 mounting options that do not require any installation. The Door Mount, Strap Mount, and Platform Mount are ready for use as soon as they arrive!
ANCORE offers 2 mounting options that require installation. ANCORE provides hardware and detailed instructions necessary for installation. We recommend a space where the Sliding Track Mount and Wall Mount can be installed securely to a wall stud.
How do I know which ANCORE Package is right for me?
Depending on the types of exercises that suit your style, you likely use many different cable positions and resistance levels. Determining where you'll be using your ANCORE the majority of your workouts can help you decide which mounting options to choose.

What is the range of resistance?
You will be able to get in a full workout just like a traditional cable machine. The resistance can be adjusted by adding or removing the resistance plates. ANCORE uses simulated resistance measured in a 1:1 ratio with an approximate range of 5 lbs to 70 lbs. For example, using 4 High Resistance Plates (~15 lbs each) for a total resistance of 60 lbs on the ANCORE will require 60 lbs of force.
Traditional cable machines are designed at 2:1 or 4:1 ratios using pulleys or levers to achieve a mechanical advantage. For example, using a 2:1 pulley cable machine, the 120 lbs plate is about equivalent to 60 lbs of force required.
We offer two unique types of plates to add and customize the resistance level:
High Resistance Plate ~ 15 lbs and Low Resistance Plate ~ 5 lbs.
Currently, we recommend a maximum of 6 plates on the ANCORE at a time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
